Using Tannin
Tannin provides wine pairing, hosting, portfolio, release, event, and relationship workflow software. By using the websites, app, or platform, you agree to use them lawfully, responsibly, and only if you are of legal drinking age where required.
Recommendations and Trade Information
Pairing guidance, wine examples, portfolio data, prices, vintages, and availability references are informational. Users and trade customers are responsible for checking labels, laws, compliance requirements, pricing, inventory, and suitability before acting on any information.
No Alcohol Sales
Tannin does not sell alcohol, process alcohol payments, ship alcohol, take title to inventory, or act as a liquor retailer. Tannin & Trade supports software workflows for portfolio presentation, discovery, requests, events, and relationship coordination.
Accounts and Access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping account access secure. We may update, limit, or discontinue features as the products evolve.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Tannin to violate alcohol, age restriction, privacy, consumer protection, or trade laws.
- Do not interfere with the service, misuse accounts, scrape systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Ownership
Tannin, Tannin & Taste, Tannin & Trade, and related software, design, copy, brand, and product logic belong to Tannin Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the products or brand without permission.
